The Warriors improved to 2-0 on the residency with an offensive explosion against the New York Knicks on Tuesday. Stephen Jackson posted 35 points, six rebounds and 10 assists in that one as Golden State scored its most points in 15 years in a 144-127 blowout of the Knicks.

Kelenna Azubuike had 22 points and 10 boards for the Warriors, who have won back-to-back contests for the first time since January 16-19 and are now over .500 (13-12) in the Bay Area.

The game marked the most points the Warriors scored ever against the Knicks, with the previous mark of 143 coming November 2, 1962. It's also the most points for the Golden State since it won, 146-109, against Minnesota on April 1, 1994.

Jamal Crawford added 21 points against his former team, while Monta Ellis tallied 17 points for the Warriors, who had eight players in double figures.

Golden State will finish its homestand after the All-Star break with bouts against the LA Lakers and Oklahoma City.

The Blazers, meanwhile, finished a quick two-game homestand in perfect fashion on Wednesday when Greg Oden posted a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, as Portland used a strong fourth quarter to defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder, 106-92.

All-Star Brandon Roy added 22 points, six boards, and five assists for the Blazers, who have won their last five home games. Travis Outlaw ended with 21 points. Rudy Fernandez had 13 points, while Jerryd Bayless finished with 12. LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

The two teams have split a pair of meetings this season with each club winning on its home floor.

Most recently, the Blazers snapped a three-game skid to Golden State with a 113-100 win at the Rose Garden on January 10. Portland is a sterling 20-5 at home on the season but just 12-14 as the visitor, however.
